Description. ♀. Micropterous; forewing about as long as tegula. Body length 3.3 mm. Completely reddish-dark. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 15:6:9:6:6:6:5:5:5:8. Head shiny, granulate and with slight areolae; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; dorsal side of head with two lateral keels around orbits; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 12; OPL = 8; TL = 10. Pronotum crossed by transverse impression between anterior and posterior collar, shiny, setose, slightly granulate; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with slight areolae and sculptured by strong longitudinal keels. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum dull, sculptured by longitudinal keels. Metanotum very short, reduced. Metapectal-propodeal disc completely reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, not sculptured by longitudinal keels. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 15:3:3:11:14. Enlarged claw (Fig. 115A) with one row of nine teeth and one bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 115A) with one preapical lamella and one row of eight bristles. Tibial spurs 1/1/1.
