Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 2.6–3.1 mm. Completely yellow-testaceous, except petiole black. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 6:4:13:9.5:8:7:6.5:6:6:8. Head excavated, shiny, unsculptured, with occiput granulate; POL = 1; OL = 1; OOL = 6. In specimen from Uganda, Kawanda, frontal line complete; POL = 1; OL =1; OOL = 5; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Palpal formula of holotype 6/3; palpal formula of specimen from Kenya, Embakasi Forest, 5/2. Pronotum shiny, slightly granulate, crossed by strong transverse impression. Mesoscutum without lateral pointed apophyses (Fig. 209H). Metanotum transversely striate, about coplanar to mesoscutellum (Fig. 209I), with sides rounded. Mesopleuron and metapleuron slightly transversely striate. Metapectal-propodeal disc slender shiny, unsculptured, weakly sloping anteriorly (Fig. 209I); propodeal declivity slightly transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture obsolete. Protarsomeres of holotype in following proportions: 13:2.5:3:14:18. Protarsomeres of specimen from Uganda, Kawanda, in following proportions: 10.5:1.5:3:10:15. Enlarged claw (Fig. 215C) with one small subapical tooth and one row of four bristles, or three peg-like setae + one bristle. Protarsomere 5 of holotype (Fig. 215C) with inner side proximally serrate, with two rows of 2 (proximal) + 14 lamellae (two rows of 1 (proximal) + 19 lamellae in specimen from South Africa, 32°24.561’S 25°05.946’E); in holotype, apex of protarsomere 5 with approximately 12 lamellae (eight lamellae in specimen from South Africa, 32°24.561’S 25°05.946’E). Protarsomere 5 of specimen from Uganda, Kawanda, with one row of 16 lamellae; apex with about seven lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
