Gonatopus armatus Olmi 1984: 1623 .
Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 2.8 mm. Head brown-black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons (more along orbits) yellow; antenna brown, except scape and part of flagellomere 1 yellow; mesosoma brown-reddish; petiole black; metasoma brown-black; legs testaceous, except club of profemur dark. Head excavated, shiny, unsculptured; POL = 2; OL = 7; OOL = 15. Palpal formula 5/2. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, shiny, unsculptured. Mesoscutum dull. Metanotum transversely striate, excavated behind mesoscutellum. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, with median longitudinal furrow; propodeal declivity transversely striate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture distinct and complete. Protarsomere 1 shorter than 4 (10:12). Enlarged claw (Fig. 204D) with one small subapical tooth, series of small teeth and eight peg-like setae. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 204D) with inner side proximally not serrate and two rows of 4 + 13 lamellae; apex with four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
