Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 2.9–3.1 mm. Head completely testaceous; occasionally head brown, except occiput, clypeus, mandible and anterior region of frons yellow; antenna yellow, except distal extremity slightly brownish; pronotum yellow or brown; mesoscutum yellow, except anterior margin black or brown; mesoscutellum, metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity yellow or reddish; in some specimens metapectal-propodeal disc yellow or reddish, with black or brown nuances on metanotum, mesoscutellum and metapleuron; mesopleuron yellow or reddish, occasionally with brown or black nuances; petiole black; metasoma brown-reddish or yellow; legs yellow; in some specimens club of profemur brownish. Head (Fig. 208C) excavated, shiny, unsculptured; POL = 3; OL = 2.5; OOL = 12. Palpal formula 4/2 or 5/2. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, shiny, bare, unsculptured. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, without lateral pointed apophyses. Metanotum slightly rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, unsculptured; propodeal declivity transversely striate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture obsolete. Enlarged claw (Fig. 210D) with one small subapical tooth and 3–5 peg-like setae or bristles. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 210D) with inner side proximally serrate (occasionally not serrate) and one row of 18–26 lamellae; apex with approximately 9–10 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.

♂. Fully winged; body length 1.1–1.4 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 3:4:6:5:5:5:5:5:5:7; third antennomere 3 × or more than 3 × as long as broad (6:2; 6:1.5). Head shiny, swollen, granulate and rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina absent; POL = 5; OL = 2; OOL = 2.5; vertex with two oval smooth and shiny areas situated between lateral ocelli and eyes (areas anteriorly surrounded by more or less high carina). Palpal formula 5/2. Mesoscutum dull, granulate. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between the lateral ocelli as long as greatest breadth of lateral ocelli (2:2). Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose, with areolae very small. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; 2r-rs&Rs vein regularly curvilinear, with distal part longer than proximal part (15:5). Dorsal process of paramere (Fig. 219C) slender. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
