Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.7 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus ferruginous-reddish; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 7–10 brown; mesosoma black, except lateral regions, anterior and posterior margin of pronotum, one dorsal stripe of propleuron reddish; metasoma ferruginous, except a few brown areas; legs ferruginous-testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 15:6:22:15:11:8:6:5:5:7. Head dull, excavated, granulate and reticulate rugose, without many parallel keels on frons and vertex; occiput granulate and sculptured by many longitudinal keels; frontal line complete; occipital carina absent. POL = 6; OL = 2.5; OOL = 12. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by transverse impression, dull, granulate and sculptured by many longitudinal striae on collar and around the disc; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Mesoscutum dull, granulate and with many longitudinal keels. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum granulate and reticulate rugose. Metanotum very reduced and short, reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two short longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein approximately 1.6 as long as proximal part (8:5). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 22:3:7:12:22. Enlarged claw (Fig. 163E) with one subapical tooth and four bristles. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 163E) with two rows of 7 + 6 lamellae; apex with at least 30 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
