Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 6.2–7.0 mm. Head black, except malar space, clypeus and mandible yellow; occasionally occiput partly brown-testaceous; antenna testaceous; pronotum and propleuron yellow; rest of mesosoma black, except propodeal spiracles brown; petiole black; metasoma reddish; legs testaceous, except club of profemur black and clubs of meso- and metafemora brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 20:7:40:45:44:45:35:25:19:15. Head dull, reticulate rugose; occipital carina complete; OPL longer than OL. Pronotum shiny, setose, crossed by transverse impression, slightly punctate, with slight transverse striae; posterior tubercle of pronotum reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, completely reticulate rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated. Mesoscutellum reticulate rugose. Metanotum shiny, with few anterior furrows. Metapectalpropodeal disc reticulate rugose. Propodeal declivity reticulate rugose. Forewing with one dark transverse band situated around 2r-rs&Rs vein; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (34:23). Hind wing hyaline, with one brown transverse band; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part; 2R1 cell closed; pterostigma brown-light. Hind wing with distal brown transverse band. Protarsomere 1 approximately as long as 4. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Fig. 161B) with two subapical teeth and one row of 32 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 161B) with two rows of approximately 59 lamellae; apex with approximately five lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
