Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 3.5 mm. Head and antenna missing in the only known specimen (head black and antenna yellow, except antennomere 10 white, according to the original description); pronotum yellow, except collar black; mesoscutum yellow, except anterior surface black; mesoscutellum yellow; rest of mesosoma black, except distal extremity of propodeal declivity testaceous; petiole black; metasoma yellow-reddish; legs yellow (prolegs missing in the only known specimen). Antenna distally thickened (according to fig. 6 in Benoit 1963). Palpal formula 4/2 (according to figs 4-5 in Benoit 1963, and the original description). Pronotum shiny, unsculptured, crossed by strong transverse impression. Mesoscutum and mesoscutellum shiny, unsculptured. Mesoscutum without lateral pointed apophyses (Fig. 174G). Metanotum transversely striate, with sides rounded (Fig. 174G), about coplanar to mesoscutellum (Fig. 174H). Meso-metapleural suture obsolete. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, smooth, bare, unsculptured; propodeal declivity transversely striate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron transversely striate. Prolegs missing in the only known specimen, so that the chela is unknown. Chela not described in the original paper of Benoit. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.

Material examined. Type: ♀ holotype: MADAGASCAR: Toamasina, Brickaville, reared from a parasit- ized macropterous adult of Perkinsella saccharicida Kirkaldy, B. 24.IX.1960, Sf. 17.X.1960, M. Sigwalt reared (MHNG) .

Hosts. Delphacidae (Guglielmino et al. 2013): in Madagascar: Perkinsiella saccharicida Kirkaldy.

Distribution. Madagascar.
