Distribution. Brazil (Roraima, Pará, Maranhão, Pernambuco, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Bahia and Minas Gerais). New Record: Tocantins

Material examined. BRAZIL, Tocantins, Pedro Afonso, rio Sono, 9°3’49”S / 48°6’15”W, 11-12.x.2018, white sheet light trap, Krolow, T . K. and team cols. (19♂, CEUFT) .

Remarks. Fore and hind wings slightly smaller than the specimens from Nascimento et al. (2017) (3.8 – 5.1 mm; 0.5 – 0.7 mm versus. 4.9 – 5.2 mm; 0.7 – 0.9 mm, respectively). The distribution of this species was already expected in the state of Tocantins, since it is also present in Bahia, Mato Grosso, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Pará, Pernambuco, Rondônia and Roraima (Salles & Boldrini 2021). It was found in only one site, an area with Cerrado influence.
