Distribution. Brazil (Amazonas and Pernambuco) and Peru. New Record: Tocantins

Material examined. BRAZIL, Tocantins, Araguaína, rio próximo à ponte (EMZV), 7°6’7”S / 48°12’6”W, 08.x.2018, white sheet light trap, Krolow, T . K. and team cols. (5♂, CEUFT); Lavandeira, rio Palmas, 12°47’37”S / 46°30’38”W, 13-14.vi.2018, white sheet light trap, Krolow, T . K. and team cols. (6♂, CEUFT) .

Remarks. Fore wing slightly longer than the reported in Kluge (2008) (4.9 – 5.3 mm versus. 4.5 – 5.0 mm, respectively). Sampled specimens exhibit a concavity at the base of the forceps which is characteristic of this species; however, the pigmentation on the hind wings varied considerably, especially given the extent of the coverage area within the sample. It was found in two sites with Amazon and Cerrado influences.
