Records associated with mangroves: Puerto Ayora, Isla Santa Cruz, Galápagos, decayed leaf litter under Rhizophora mangle; Lake Arcturus, Isla Genovesa, Galápagos, well-decayed leaf litter and black humus under Rhizophora mangle; Punta Espinosa, Isla Fernandina, Galápagos, moist and partially decayed mangrove leaf litter under Rhizophora mangle and Laguncularia racemosa trees (Schatz 1994).
