Material examined. AUSTRALIA, Western Australia: 1 male, 6 females, 1 immature, Galvan’s Gorge, 465 m ., 16°48′04′′S, 125°50′40′′E, water temp. 24° C., 28 August 2004, 09:00–12:00 hrs., CL 5002, D. A. & J. T. Polhemus (USNM, BPBM) .

Discussion. This is a very large Enithares species, originally described from a type-series taken at Port Warren- der in northwestern Australia, with additional paratypes from Kalumburu Mission (Lansbury 1984). The specimens reported here came from the same general region of the continent, and based on available records this species appears to be endemic to the Kimberly Plateau.
