Type locality: eastern South Pacific, Nazca Ridge, 25°41.7' S, 85°23.7' W, depth 160 to 168 meters.

Distribution: known only from the type locality in the eastern South Pacific, about 1500 km off the coast of Chile, near the southwest end of the Nazca Ridge.
