Plagiohammus colombiensis Constantino, Benavides and Esteban (present).

Distribution. Colombia (Cesar, Boyacá, on the western slopes of Cordillera Oriental in the Magdalena River basin).

Hostplant. Coffea arabica (Rubiaceae) in Colombia.
