Material examined. LEBANON: 1 male, Ayta El Jabal, V.2002, R. Abadi leg. (AUB) .

Distribution. This species, described from Israel (Haifa), is recorded from Lebanon (Fig. 4). for the first time (first country record), on the base of a single male found in a place close to the border with Israel. This species is morphologically very close to H. villosicollis .
