Hebrus atlas Kment, Jindra & Berchi, 2016 *

Distribution. Moroccan endemism, recently described by Kment et al. (2016). This species is a new record for the study area. This species could have been previously confused with Hebrus pusillus (Fallén 1807) . During the sampling period, H. atlas was found at upper Moulouya and Melloulou rivers, corresponding to the eastern Middle Atlas, and at Jbel El Himmer Mount (Fig. 2).
