Microvelia pygmaea (Dufour, 1833)
Material examined. Pont Taddarte, 23.0 3.14, 2 mm; Guercif, 23.0 3.14, 1 f; Oujda Bassin, 26.0 2.16, 1 m, 1 f; Lagune de Nador 2, 0 2.0 5.16, 30 mm/ff/jj.
Distribution. Western Palearctic species, dispersed mainly in the northwestern part in Morocco (L’Mohdi, 2016). In the Moulouya River basin, it was recorded in the Za River (Chavanon et al. 2004). During the sampling period, we recorded it in Melloulou’ basin (Fig. 4) in the backwaters of the river.
