Laufeia kuloni (Prószyński & Deeleman-Reinhold, 2012): Zhang & Maddison, 2015: 30.

Type material. Holotype: ♂ (CDML), Indonesia: Java, Udjung Kulon Reserve, leaf litter, 14–25 Nov. 1986, leg. C.L. Deeleman & P.R. Deeleman. Allotype: 1♀, same data as holotype (C.L. Deeleman re-examined and shared photos of type specimens) .

Other material examined. 1♂ 1♀ (MNHN; 13193), Java (labeled as “ L. perakensis ”) .

Diagnosis. It resembles O. deelemanae sp. nov., O. keyserlingi, O. pakse sp. nov., O. meinei sp. nov. and O. timburtoni sp. nov. in the shape of palpal bulb and presence of the lobe on tip of RTA, but can be distinguished from latters by the front edge of the lobe on tip of RTA that is obviously concaved (Figs 135, 139–140). Females can be distinguished from O. eucola, O. meinei sp. nov. and O. timburtoni sp. nov. by the melanic areas of femur IV and tibia IV present only on distal half (Fig. 133; vs. femur and tibia IV whole dark in O. timburtoni sp. nov., femur IV whole dark in O. meinei sp. nov. and tibia IV whole dark in O. eucola).

Description. See Prószyński & Deeleman-Reinhold (2012: 52).

Distribution. Indonesia (Java).

Remark. One male and one female collected from Java and deposited in MNHN (13193; labeled as “ L. perakensis ”) show the same genital features, body character and pattern of legs as the type specimens of O. kuloni . Even though Simon’s drawing of Orcevia perakensis was simple, it still showed this species has rather long RTA extending beyond the top margin of LPT (Simon 1903: fig. 971), whereas the tip of RTA is lower than top margin of LPT in O. kuloni; together with the long distance between the type localities of these two species (more than 1400 km), we consider O. kuloni is not conspecific to O. perakensis . Therefore, we herein identify that pair of specimens (MNHN 13193) as O. kuloni .
