Type material. Holotype: ♂ (MHBU-ARA-00023557), LAOS: Pakse, Tad Fane Waterfall, 20 November 2012, leg. F. Zhang, C. Zhang & Z. Gao. Paratype: 1♂ (MHBU-ARA-00023558), LAOS: Pakse, Tad E Tu Waterfall, 16 November 2012, leg. F. Zhang.
Etymology. The specific epithet is from the type locality; noun in apposition.
Diagnosis. The new species resembles O. deelemanae sp. nov. in the flat tip of RTA, but differs in the longer length of RTA and the smaller lobe-like protrusion of tegulum (Figs 193, 291).
Description. Male (holotype). Habitus as shown in Figs 189–190. Carapace length 2.52; abdomen length 2.20; measurements of eyes: AME 0.43, ALE 0.25, PME 0.08, PLE 0.27; measurements of legs: I 5.17 (1.52, 0.99, 1.26, 0.89, 0.51), II 3.53 (1.16, 0.62, 0.69, 0.64, 0.42), III 3.55 (1.24, 0.57, 0.70, 0.63, 0.41), IV 4.11 (1.33, 0.55, 0.93, 0.84, 0.46); leg formula 1432. Carapace dark, dorsal abdomen brown, ventral abdomen, and legs light except melanic area present on distal half of femora and tibiae of legs III–IV; cephalon covered by pale yellow setae, dorsal abdomen covered with pale setae dense marginally and relatively sparse centrally.
Palp (Figs 191–193): embolus slender, S-shaped in ventral view and without apophysis, basal part of embolus without grooves along extending direction of embolus; apophysis on embolic disc sharp; RTA rather long, bent basally, lobe on tip of RTA small and indistinct, tip of RTA relatively flat.
Female. Unknown.
