Campostichommides inquirendus Strand 1911: 164, pl. 5, fig. 67 (Description of genus and juvenile [not female as indicated in Platnick 2011]; holotype, juvenile, from [Indonesia, Moluccas] Key Doelah [=Kei Dulah; 5°36'52.28"S, 132°46'23.47"E], H. Merton leg. 28.V.1908, SMF 4763, examined). Lehtinen 1967: 221 (Transfer of the genus from Agelenidae to Pisauridae).

Note. According to its distinctive opisthosomal pattern the type specimen (Fig. 125) cleary belongs to the genus Dendrolycosa . Since the species is known only from a single juvenile specimen, no statement on its identity and status can be made until adult specimens are collected from the type locality.
