Nearctic: 1) Canada, 2) USA (Lubelczyk et al. 2007).

Kolonin (2009) did not include the USA within the range of Ixodes gregsoni, but this tick was identified from material collected in Maine and Vermont by Lubelczyk et al. (2007).
