Redescription. Length (including tegmen). male, 7.6 mm.

Body dark brown. Head with vertex pale brown, foremargin yellow. Pronotum and scutellum with some pale brown fine spots. Forewing brownish hyaline with pale band basally and at midlength, veins brown with pale spots.

Head slightly broader than pronotum, roundly produced, anterior margin transversely striate. Vertex depressed with anterior and posterior margins subparallel; coronal suture weak. Ocelli located on foremargin of head, 5 times own diameter from eyes. Clypeus narrow and convex. Pronotum transversely striate.

Male genitalia. Pygofer square-shaped; with a posterior ventral process extended to dorsal margin. Valve broadly triangular. Subgenital plate relatively slender and tapered to a digitate apex. Connective Y-shape, stem slightly longer than arms. Style with very long apical process curved laterally. Aedeagus C-shaped with shaft curved dorsally, with a pair of short lateral processes arising at midlength and extended parallel to shaft; gonopore apical.

Material examined. male, China, Henan Province, Neixiang City, Getiaopa Country, 600–700m, 1998-VII-14, Coll. Hu jian (NWAFU).

Distribution. China (Henan, Shaanxi, Hubei Prov.).

Remarks. This species can be distinguished by distal processes of the aedeagus, long subgenital plates and very long apical process of the style.
