Current status. Valid (Carpenter 2001; Schmid-Egger 2017).

Remarks. Kostylev (1935) reported four females collected in Sanaa on 9.X.1931 by Jenjourist [N. Zhenzhurist]; three of them are available and that with a golden disc is designated here as the lectotype (two remaining specimens are with silver discs and without an additional label with Kostylev’s signature from 1941).
