Dorsal shield 343 (337–355) long and 189 (185–192) wide; j1 25 (24–26), j3 36 (34–39), j4 35 (32–38), j5 12 (12–13), j6 22 (21–23), J2 21 (20–23), J5 9 (8–11), z2 35 (33–36), z4 53 (50–56), z5 30 (29–31), Z1 45 (43–48), Z4 57 (53–60), Z5 67 (65–70), s4 65 (63–68), S2 50 (48–53), S4 30 (28–32), S5 23 (20–25), r3 46 (43–49), R1 29 (28–30); distances between st1-st3 65 (64–66), st2-st2 72 (70– 75) and st5-st5 67 (65–70); ventri-anal shield 123 (115–128) long, 95 (87–101) wide at level of ZV2 and 82 (76–89) wide at level of anus; JV5 38 (34–30); movable cheliceral digit 31 (29–33) long, with 1 tooth; fixed cheliceral digit 30 (29–30) long, with 6 teeth; calyx of spermatheca 15 (14–17) long; Sge IV 33 (31–35), Sti IV 29 (28–32), St IV 44 (42–48).
Specimens examined: Taquaritinga (21°24' S, 48°41' W), June 2008, on M. minutiflora (25 Ƥ, 1 3). Onda Verde (20°32' S, 49°14' W), June 2008, on M. minutiflora (9 Ƥ, 6 3).
Remarks: This species was previously known from Brazil. Measurements of the specimens collected are close to those of the original description, except for St IV which is about 0.7 times the length of that of the type specimens.
