Type material. Agrilus presbys Jendek, 2011 . Described from 3 specimens (Holotype & paratypes). Type locality: “ China, Kouy-Tschéou [= Guizhou province]”. Type specimens. Holotype ♀ (EJCB): “Kouy-Tschéou, R.P.J.R. Chaffanjon, 1903”. Paratypes. 1 PT (CNC) 1 PT (MNHN)
Examined specimens. Shaanxi. Zhenba county; 32°32’N, 107°55’E; 7-1989; alt. 1800 m; Adult host: Rubus corchorifolius L.; 1 ♂ (EJCB) .
Host plant. Adult: Rubus corchorifolius L.
Distribution. CHINA: Guizhou, Shaanxi.
Remarks. Until now, the species was known only from females. The aedeagus (Fig. 3H) is illustrated for the first time. This species belongs together with A. aurigaster and A. yunnanicola, to species with the pronotum widest in the middle. It can be distinguished by the characters given in the key to species.
