Neoconocephalus sp. 3

Comments

The examined female is quite similar to Neoconocephalus rugosicollis (Bolívar); however, it has some differences compared to the female holotype (I was able to compare it at the Naturhistorisches Museum Wien, Austria), as follows: the fastigium of the vertex is somewhat longer, and therefore not so globose. This specimen may belong to a new species, but given the impossibility to study the type material, it will not be described in this contribution.
