Chlorepyris nigerrimus (Evans, 1965) comb. nov.

Material examined. Holotype, ♀, BOLIVIA, Santa Cruz, Santiago, XI.1959 (SEMC). Distribution. Bolivia .

Remarks. This species was mistransferred to Anisepyris by Waichert & Azevedo. (2009), because it was misunderstood as belonging to the subgenus Trichotepyris, probably by lapsus. This species, however, fits perfectly with Chlorepyris Kieffer, 1905 where it was originally described, back when Chlorepyris was a subgenus of Rhabdepyris .
