Description, male. Body length 3.08 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with sparse and short setae. Mandible very narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli small. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. Basiparamere as long as paramere; paramere wide, truncate, and sinuous, sparsely setose; basivolsella with apical excavation at inner margin; cuspis with arms very short, with basal projection at inner margin, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion angled and slender, and apical portion as long as basal and swollen; apodeme slender.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. insularis by having the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the mandible with the two upper teeth wide; the ocelli small; the vertex straight; the metapectal-propodeal disc long; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; the mesopleural fovea opened; the paramere as long as the basiparamere; and the aedeagus with the basal portion convex and the apical portion as long as the basal portion, whereas A. insularis has the antennal scrobe carinate, but weak; the mandible with the teeth equally wide; the ocelli large; the vertex convex; the metapectal-propodeal disc short; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to the first metapostnotal carina; the mesopleural fovea closed; the paramere shorter than the basiparamere; and the aedeagus with the basal portion angled and the apical portion shorter than the basal portion.
