Redescription, female. Body length 4.5 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, curved, and with teeth hardly distinct. Median clypeal lobe angulate, very short. Frons coriaceous; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli large. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous; transverse pronotal carina absent; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina absent; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea opened; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma not developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Metasomal segments glabrous.

Mandible narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous; transverse pronotal carina absent; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina absent; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. Basiparamere longer than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, and with ventral and dorsal margin straight, glabrous; basivolsella with apical excavation at inner margin; cuspis with arms very short, dorsal arm slender; aedeagus with basal portion convex and slender, and apical portion as longer than basal and slender; apodeme slender.
