Redescription, female. Body length 3.33 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, slightly angled, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, very short, with blunt median tooth; median clypeal carina hardly distinct from clypeus. Frons coriaceous; antennal scrobe carinate, but weak. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli very small. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, sparsely punctate; transverse pronotal carina present; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to first pair of metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv slightly longer than genitalia body; 2vv as long as half of 1vv length, abruptly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf slightly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv slightly curved forward, ventral process large, and posterior process long; 2rv slightly curved forward.
Redescription, male. Body length 4.38 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae, with tooth projection at second and third flagellomere. Mandible narrow, curved, step-shaped. Median clypeal lobe angulate, very short, with tooth at apical margin. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate and reaching eye. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, strongly coriaceous; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus wide. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina absent; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. Basiparamere longer than paramere; paramere slender, rounded, and with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin concave, sparsely setose; basivolsella with apical excavation at inner margin and projection; cuspis with arms short, dorsal arm wide; digitus with basal projection overlapping aedeagus basal portion; aedeagus with basal portion angled and wide, and apical portion shorter than basal, slender and swollen.; apodeme slender.
