Anisepyris aranwei Barbosa & Azevedo, sp. nov.

Description, female. Body length 4.46 mm. Head with golden-green reflection; wings bi-banded; metasoma castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, curved, and with two upper teeth wider than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short, with apical margin truncate. Frons coriaceous; with frontal process; antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous; transverse pronotal carina absent; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectalpropodeal disc with short striae. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws trifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv slightly curved forward, ventral process large, and posterior process short; 2rv not curved.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. pulchripennis by having the body with golden-green reflections; the clypeus short, with its apical margin truncate, and the clypeal carina distinct; the antennal scrobe carinate; the ocelli large; the notaulus very narrow; the metapostnotum with longitudinal ridges; the mesopleural fovea closed; and the mesopleural suture opened, whereas A. pulchripennis has the body black; the clypeus very short, with apical margin angulate, and clypeal carina hardly distinct from clypeus; the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the ocelli small; the notaulus narrow; the metapostnotum without longitudinal ridges; the mesopleural fovea opened; and the mesopleural suture closed.
