Anisepyris borlachi Barbosa & Azevedo, sp. nov.

Description, female. Body length 2.61 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, very narrow and curved, with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long. Frons coriaceous; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, strongly coriaceous; transverse pronotal carina absent; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina absent; metapleural carina present and inconspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea opened; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea present; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma not developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments glabrous.

Remarks. This new species differs from all species of bogotensis group by having the clypeus strongly protruding and angulate with the clypeal carina angled; the mandible strongly narrowed, with its teeth short and equally wide; the eye large; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle acute, with the ocelli large; the pronotal disc without a transverse pronotal carina; and the metapostnotum with the median and first metapostnotal carina complete.
