Pachylomalus deficiens Cooman, 1933, new for China

Remarks. This species is very different in the body and genitalia morphology from the other congeners like P. m u s c u l u s, P. opulentus Cooman, 1932 and P. sulcatipygus Cooman, 1932 . The differences are summarized in Table 2. Based on these differences, it might be better to place P. deficiens in a genus, separate from Pachylomalus . However, with only a limited material in hand, this problem can not be solved at present.

Distribution. China (Yunnan); Vietnam, Thailand, India (Meghalaya), Borneo.
