Type locality: Sinai Peninsula, Gulf of Suez, Red Sea, Egypt.

Material examined: ZUTC ann. 2045.

Measurements (n = 1): Length, 12.79, width 4.71 mm.

Distribution: Gulf of Suez (Red Sea) (Wehe 2006). This is the first record for the Persian Gulf.
