Distribution. Grenada, Guadaloupe and Mexico.

Notes. The citation of Rehn (1909) is the only record of this species in Cuba. Hebard (1932: 357) records it from Mexico and together with synonyms from Brazil this would suggest a wide distribution for this species. Its presence in Cuba needs confirmation with new collections.
