Three individuals were collected in October and November at 2100m. The specimens recorded here meet the diagnostic characters and distributional range recorded by Sanabria-Urban et al. (2015, 2017). Species of this genus are economically important because they are consumed by people in some states of Mexico and Guatemala (Pedraza-Lara et al., 2015).
