Diagnosis. The species is distinguished by bare M and Cu wing veins; all megasetae closely arranged in one group on a dorsal lobe, which evenly narrowed towards its apex on the gonostylus.

Distribution. China (Taiwan, Fig. 24), Malaysia (Pahang).
