Notes on distribution. Two specimens of O. anatolica from Kars Province (Kazikoporan) (HNHM) probably have incorrect data. The record from Kütahya Province (Tezcan et al. 2004) (as Cylindronotus (Odocnemis) korbi) is the result of misidentification.

Bionomics. The species was found on Cedrus libani in the evening (about 22:00) in Sağlık. The beetles were observed to feed on lichens. Specimens from Dümbelek Dağ were collected under stones with lichens.
