Distribution. Ethiopian (South Africa and Malagasy), Hawaii and southern Palaearctic (Western Mediterranean and Iran).

Comment. Ermilov et al. (2014) considered Lasiobelba (L.) neonominata as a junior synonym of Lasiobelba (Lasiobelba) pori .
