Holotype. Adult male, MNRJ 14914, collected by Emiliane Gonçalves Pereira and team on 01 February 2007 at Teófilo Plateau, Saracá-Taquera National Forest (01º42'51.6"S, 56º 24'34"W [informed]; 97 m asl [informed]), Municipality of Oriximiná, State of Pará, Brazil.
