Comments. This species also presents a broad distribution in Guatemala, previously reported from the departments of Alta Verapáz and Huehuetenango, in an altitudinal range from 1300 to 2050 m . (Gorochov & Cadena-Castañeda, 2016). These records represent information for the species in the departments of Baja Verapáz at middle elevations and commonly sympatric with G. anderi .
