Distribution. Brunei, Indonesia (Borneo, Sumatra), Malaysia (Sabah). Philippines (Palawan).
Systematic notes: For this species we refer to the above observations concerning A. albolineata sp. n. Concerning the taxon linea Andrewes, 1926 (Fig. 3), originally described as a “variety” of A. tenuis, we have examined the type specimen, a female with the head missing, and suspect that it could represent a different species. However, we cannot ascertain this without seeing other specimens, especially the males. Archicolliuris tenuis has been described from Borneo (Brunei), while A. tenuis var. linea has been collected on Banguey Island, a small island between Borneo and Palawan. A second “variety” of the same species, described by Andrewes in the same work, is called rubripes and has been collected in Sumatra. We think that they could even represent three species of the same group, to which A. albolineata could be added. We have compared the new species with the two forms mentioned above, pointing out the differences.
