Note. Haitlinger and Šundić (2015) synonymized E. (Z.) ueckermanni with E. (Z.) budapestensis Fain & Ripka, 1998 . They considered the different tibial setal formula for E. (Z.) budapestensis as intraspecific variation based on specimens collected from Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine whereas our investigation (unpublished data) showed that the number of normal setae on the tibiae is species specific and has no range. For this reason, we considered E. (Z.) ueckermanni as a valid species here.
