Note. In the original description, it was stated that the holotype is deposited in Acarological Collection, Department of Entomology, Faculty of Agriculture, Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran. It was transferred into the JAZM by permission during the definition of the genus Achaemenothrombium in 2010 .
