Material examined. 1 male (24.7 x 11.6 mm), 1 ovig. female (26.1 x 11.8 mm) (DABFUK), Agatti, 8 January 2014. Remarks. This distinctive species is recorded for the first time from India. It has otherwise been reported from various parts of the Indian Ocean (Apel & Spiridonov 1998) .
