Material examined. 1 female (14.8 x 9.7 mm) (DABFUK), Bitra, 9 May 2015 .

Remarks. A new record for Lakshadweep. Previously recorded from Tamil Nadu (Alcock 1894, 1899b) as well as Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Alcock 1899b; Dev Roy & Nandi 2012)
