Tumeochrysa longiscape Yang, 1987: 208 . Type locality: China (Xizang, Zham). Holotype in CAU.

Diagnosis. This species is characterized by the presence of the head without spots, and the scape concaved on both inner and outer side.

Description. Body length 15.5–19.5 mm, forewing length 22.2–24.0 mm, hindwing length 19.2–21.8 mm.

Head broad, vertex with reddish triangular markings. Compound eyes prominent and black. Antennae yellow, scape long, concaved on inner and outer side. Frons, clypeus and gena without spots. Maxillary and labial palpi brownish yellow.

Thorax with short black setae, with irregular brown markings on lateral margin.

Legs with dense setae and without spots. Pretarsal claws brown, with basal dilation.

Forewing long and broad, without shadings; gradate series brown. Pterostigma indistinct. Costal area with 32–35 crossveins; 21–22 radial crossveins present. m1 smaller than m2; im triangular; 16–17 crossveins present between Psm and Psc. c1 smaller than c2, dcc closed. A1 forked, A2 and A3 simple. Gradates in three or four divergent rows, basal crossvein of inner gradate series not meeting Psm.

Hindwing without shadings. Pterostigma indistinct. Costal area with 27 crossveins; 21 radial crossveins and 14 psm-psc crossveins present. Gradates in three divergent rows, basal crossvein of inner gradate series not meeting Psm.

Material. Holotype ♂, China, Xizang, Shigatse, Nyalam, Zham, 1979.VIII.19, Shengchang Hu (CAU) . Paratypes: 2♂ 3♀, same as holotype (CAU) . 1♀, China, Xizang, Gyirong, 1984.VIII.27, Zhaoxing Yan (CAU) .

Distribution. China (Xizang).

Remarks. This species was established by Yang (1987), but its genital information was not given in detail. The genitalia of the type specimens is lost. This species can be distinguished by the head without spots and the scape concaved on both the inner and outer side.
