Diagnosis. Member of the elegans group (Polhemus 1997). Body length 4.4–5.8 mm; hind femur with single row of long, slender, sharp spines on posterior surface; apex of proctiger acute in both sexes, but not prolonged into spine-like process (Polhemus 1997).
