Current name: Cladophora vagabunda (L.) C. Hoek ( Cladophoraceae).

Note: Van den Hoek (Revis. Eur. Sp. Cladophora: 144. 1963) treated material in the Dillenius herbarium as the type but as this was not studied by Linnaeus, it cannot be original material for the name.
