Lectotype (Jafri in Jafri & El-Gadi, Fl. Libya 48: 33. 1977): Herb. Linn. No. 689.48 (LINN) .

Current name: Helianthemum salicifolium (L.) Mill. ( Cistaceae).

Note: Although Burtt & Lewis (in Kew Bull. 4: 306. 1949) indicated material in LINN as type, they did not distinguish between 689.48 and 689.49 (LINN), which do not appear to be part of a single gathering so Art. 9.15 does not apply.
