Xenocera ignota Borchmann, 1941b: 26 (type locality: China, Kuadun (now Fujian: Guadun); description).

Xenocerogria ignota: Merkl 2007: 270 (new combination).

Lagria ignota: Zhou et al. 2014: 105 (new combination; redescription; lectotype designated; illustrations of habitus and diagnostic features; recorded from Vietnam).

Diagnosis. For males, interocular distance 0.50× as wide as eye diameter; terminal antennomere subequal to combined length of antennomeres 9–10; inner margin of 3/4 apical hind tibiae with fine denticulation (Zhou et al. 2011).
